Recipepapa Loves Lomi Salmon
Ingredients
4 cups salted salmon, diced
12 tomatoes, diced
4 small red onions, diced
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 to 2 Hawaiian chili peppers (or 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes - optional)
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve well chilled.
***Salted salmon can be very salty so you may need to rinse it or even soak it overnight. It depends on your taste.
Serves 2 dozen
